Hardcover by Rodrigo Corral for Doubleday. Trade paperback for Vintage (designer?) Mass Market also for Vintage. This is almost like watching a short movie. There is a little cropping going on so you may have to click on the image to see it whole. Just testing some new Blogger features.

Looks like the the type on the trade and mass market were influenced by the UK cover.
Hey, I was having some issues with blogger cropping images, too. I got so frustrated I reverted back to the old editor . . . Settings > Old Editor
