Thanks for posting my cover and for your compliment.

I am not sure how the photographer achieved this image but I personally didn't do any Photoshop editing besides removing the background.

This was just one of those lucky moments when an image search turns up something perfect: its a simple yet strange juxtaposition evoking meaning on its own and within the context of the pages it frames.
